Eating right, avoiding junk - Feels just like quitting smoking!
Am I the only one who thinks this??
No more cupcakes!! LOL can't resist. I bake them for the family, and they sit there. Good thing is that I'm not going over calories, and I'm still counting them. Bad thing is... well, we'll see on Monday's weigh in. Maybe nothing :)
Better than binging!

We're fat.. that's why we're here.. we all need to lose weight..
but if you don't learn to love yourself now, you're not gonna love yourself later.... fat or skinny...
So pick it up...
We are who we are... we made mistakes... and no amount of regret is going to change that.. It's just going to poison our minds with negativity...
What will change it, is to keep moving forward.. we'll slip now and then, it's going to happen... The key is to keep going forward...

I'm changing my Goal Weight. To see that HUGE 100 pound goal seems like such a big deal.. and it is.. but as I remember with Weight Watchers, the first few goals were 5% of body weight, 25 pounds and 10% of body weight.
So my first goal will be to lost 5% of my body weight. Which is still a lot because I've gained so much. So, rounding up.. makes my first goal 15 pounds.
15 pounds it is....

Here we go again..... :)
My sister has just gotten gastric bypass surgery. This has motivated me to get going again.
I was a member of Weight Watchers last year and lost 50 pounds for the entire year. Then.... I couldn't afford it... took off.. and gained the 50 back....
Then I went back into the - this is me, this is just how it is - mode..
But now, health issues are coming back. So time to dig in again, and get focused.
I'm not a Member of Weight Watchers anymore, but I've found sites to keep track as if I'm still a member.
My Daily Points Value is 43.
I've learned to find the points values of foods, simply by dividing the total calories by 35. Yep, it's that easy and is accurate quite often.
So.... here we go...
Day One starting now... 1am... Sleep first...
