Well it's been exactly a week and I'm down 3 lbs and it's that time of the month! so I'm pretty proud that I was able to lose anything. I have REALLY increased my workout efforts and now that I've been pushing myself harder I've realized how slack I had gotten at the gym. I'm capable of so much more :) I've started taking a spin class and a few aerobic type classes which have really pushed me. I don't like to look like a goober in classes so I always try my best to keep up with everyone else. That's why I think classes are a great idea if you're able to take them. Also, it has totally changed how I eat now that I keep track of my calories. WOW I had NO idea how much I was actually eating before. Well not so much how much I was actually eating but how many calories of worthless crap I was putting in my mouth. But I'm very excited to see how the next week goes :)

Well it's Monday again. Time to get back down to business. I know that my TOM is just around the corner so i'm not too optamistic about losing anything this week :( but as long as I don't gain any back I'll be good. I'm also quitting smoking starting today :/ guess we'll see how that goes on top of trying to lose weight, LOL. Not only am I grouchy from not having my "comfort" foods, now I'll be going through cigarette withdrawls, LOL... Oh well, might as well get all the addictions our of the way at one time.
