The breakdown: the weekend was more like a weak-end. Alas. I started off things right with a strident dog walk ea. morning, but ended up sleeping a lot (to combat a coworker's cold). I ate atrociously, but at least I'm aware enough now of what I -should- be eating (1500 cals, not 3000+ -- yeesh) to admit it. I seem to do worst at lunches, when I'm pressed for time, a trend I will do my best to remedy this week. Probably the worst of the weekend was: eating too much, sleeping too much, and not playing guitar--at all. The best of it was: the final scene in "Once Upon a Time in Mexico," walking and wrestling with my dog (esp at her fav spot, the duck pond), and getting calls from my best friend j and mom in England. Not to mention I DID accomplish my 60 reps of situps/pushups for the week. :D It's a mixed bag, but turn for turn, I'm ready to face the week. Now, off to my guitar.

Okay, so this entry is more for reassessment than anything else. It is about getting my priorities back in order so that I can accomplish my goals!! Here goes:

Weekend Goals
Saturday:
-6am Wakeup/Walk dog for 30 min
-7am Lite Breakfast (fruit cup, eggs, turkey sausage) at restaraunt w/ coworker
-9-12pm Work
-1-4pm Practice Guitar - taking 5 minute breaks every hr 4 water
-4-6pm Practice/Read Japanese
-6-9:30pm Watch 1.5 movies, stretching while doing so
9:30-10pm Walk dog; Do 30 reps situps/30 reps pushups

Sunday:

-6am Wakeup/Walk dog for 30 min
-7am Lite Breakfast (Buckwheat pancakes, Sugar free honey)
-7:30-11:30am Practice guitar/taking 5 minute breaks every hr 4 agua
-11:30am-12:30pm Practice/Read Japanese
-12:30-1pm Walk Dog at Duck Pond
-1-2pm 30 situps/ pushups
-2-10pm RELAX AND PREPARE FOR THE WEEK!

Week of 6/8 Goals
-1500 cals/30pts daily
-1 to 2 hrs guitar daily
-1 hr japanese daily
-Grocery shop Thurs. with pts/calories in mind!!
-30 mins walking daily
-60 situps/pushups next weekend
