Good morning my friends.First I want to thank you all for all the comments and encouragements you give me.I started the day in a positive note.And I'm feeling awesome.I feel good and confident.I feel the work of God in my life and I'm grateful.I feel like all things will work out good for me.Its a good feeling.I trust God.He is taking care of me.God is good.

I'm happy to announce my first 10pound loss.Since I have an ultimate goal of 50 pound loss,I can proudly say that I came one fifth of the way and have 40pounds more to lose.But 155pounds is my dreaded set point and I always get stuck when I reach it.I'm desperate to make it different this time.Wish me luck.I have to reach 115 pounds.

I lost 'TOM weight' and one pound more.The scale is showing 155.5 pounds now.But its also true that I'm eating almost nothing nowadays...Its 3.30pm and all I ate was an egg at 6.45am and a handful of peanuts around half an hour back.I just don't feel like eating for now.I need to change my always complaining attitude.I guess then things will change for better.God will take care.I'm on the way of starting a small business of my own.Its health care related.I rented a place for it today.I choose this place few months back but couldn't manage to get it then.And today I got it.Thanks God...My father will be angry when I tell him this cause he doesn't want me to do business cause I'm a woman.But I will manage anyway. I hope everything works out good with the business and of course primarily my personal issues.I believe everything will be alright and I would be able to settle with the man I love.God is working on all my troubles.God loves me.I will be better,better and better.Better than before.

Good morning,friends.Its morning and I'm about to start my day.I hope everyone is doing good.Nothing much changed over here but I expect something good to happen very soon.I'm thankful to God for every good thing in my life and I believe my prayers will be answered positively and though I can't see anything happening right now,God's work is going on and I will feel and see positive changes very soon.Till then I will stay calm and patient.Things will be better.Better and better than before.

I gained 2 pounds today.I simply don't understand how it happened...May be its water gain from upcoming TOM.Whatever might be the reason its sad to gain back 2 pounds from 8.8 pounds that I lost on induction.Feeling a bit down.Lets see what happens next.
