No workout today just a day or needed rest it feels great but ready of tommrow's workout. Its like my drug when Im not doing it I miss it and after Im finished I start thinking about the next workout. It the best kind of drug there is no harm to your body just helpful and you feel better after its done. Never thought it would get to this point but I love it,love it,love it and love how it is changing my body.

Just finished my first week of six day a week workout, and it was not half bad. The thing that helped me the most was the C4 it gave me the needed boost to finish my workout and it helped with me muscle recover. Now I have a day off then back at it looking forward to the week ahead. I have see nice improvement and wanting more.

Good night in the gym and eat pretty well at work. Sleep was nice also, so for the most part a very good day. Change my RDI last date and was still able to stay under the listed number. I have the next two days off from work and hope to enjoy me weekend will still kept track of my food intake and exercise daily. Hope to put my starting photo up for the bigger loser June, not going to kill myself but want to gauge myself in my first group on fatsecret and keep up with all the others in the group also. So if you are in that group drop me a line and happy loosing 8-)

Not a lot of sleep today but hit the gym hard and worked on my day off and went to me meeting. Had a lot to last date and today does not seem to be any better but I will get more than 3 hours of sleep at least that is the plan. I tried C4 from cellucor today for the first time it is a new product that helps with those intense workout. I was using the d4 but you have to stop taking that for 4 weeks after being on it for 2 months. The d4 gives me a great workout and I love how I fell in the gym but the C4 helps with the muscle recovery and the soreness. Just it so you can get the smaller can in some places under $20. I you they it be carful if you had not taken anything like this before it could cause problem, but if you are it might be something to try. Loved the workout today.

I think this is my frist journal entry here on this site. Like what im seeing so far, the best part is being able to keep track of your food intake and fat content. That sometimes is the hardest thing about a lifestyle change (not a diet,a diet it temopary) is to stay on top of what you take in. I started the site on my cellphone which is how I found this page it is so easy to be able to pick up your phone and be able to keep track of your intake, you just pick it up the press a few buttons and you are tracking. Not only that you can pre plan what and where are are going to eat. it has a setting on different places to eat and there list of food and there contant so you can plan ahead if you have to go out and eat or just dont have time to cook and you can make better chosses on your food intake. Great info on workout and exercise burn also, you know just how much you burn in a workout. So all around and great web site.
