FINALLY I lost another Ilb, I was stuck and discouraged for a while, and thought the next Ilb would never come off, but I was just more determined and voila, it paid off. I did not buy fruit, but I am drinking my berry fruit juice every day, which I think really helps. I am also on my pea soup and tomorrow, I am going to make cabbage soup.

I feel myself shrinking, but have to stay focused.
This week I had to sit at my computor and catch up on some paperwork, it felt good to get all my bills and stuff in order. I had been ignoring paperwork for about three weeks because I wanted to avoid sitting at my desk, and try to keep moving, now I am almost upto date. However I did keep excercising, which I am very proud off.
My eating has been good, except we went out last night, (first time in a long time) I had half Philly Cheese burger and about four french fries and half a margarita, it felt like a great treat, although I was stuffed, my stomach has shrunk. I was concious off every bite I put in my mouth so I think that is a huge improvement. Normally I would have eaten it all and finished the margarita, and stole one of my sons buffalo strips.
Well I have said I would plan, so now I need to go and get my veggies for the soup, and get my weight watches forms out to record my eating, this site really is helping to keep me accountable,

OK been a bit off track it seems like when I get on track with excercising my back hurts so much, next week I promise myself, when it happens, I will go and see my chiropractor. For this week I must try and do different workouts, I want to work on my core, maybe this will strenghten my back, make my posture better, and help relieve some of the pain. It is really hindering my excercise routine, and I am determined not to let it stop me, it is just sometimes hard when my back hurts so much.
I have been drinking more water, and making home made soups, so i can get more veggies down. I also am back on my berrie and veggie and fruit juice.
Struggling to get that next lb off, hope I can do it by the end of this week, need to stay vocused and on track.
