Starting today I’m giving intermittent fasting another try! Mainly so I can teach myself some damn self control 😂
Wish me luck, I don’t know how long I’ll do it for; I’m starting with the simple 18 hours fasting and 6 hours of an eating window. Need to really start pushing this weight off at this point, not just remain at a standstill

I’ve eaten 1,500 cals in Banting food today, as apposed to my 900-1000 cals - very disappointed in myself 😩 shark week has me going crazy on the food urges.
However, my carbs only came in at 26 grams...will I gain weight from this type of eating if I do this every now and again? I don’t work out nearly as much as I should so I worry.

So frustrated with myself! The diet keeps me full and physically satisfied but I have no self control lately. I can’t stop myself from picking at food (even tho I’m full, it’s just boredom eating sadly) and putting myself over my daily allowance even tho it’s all of the right kinds of foods; eating more calories than I think I should but still staying within my allowance of carbs.
Any advice to stop myself from over eating/ force-eating? I really wna keep this in check before I start gaining again
