Yesterday went great, I was able to hit the Gym at lunch time and ate well under my calorie target. This morning I was happy to see 200 on the Scale. More of the same today, food is ready, Gym at lunchtime and think I'll have a big chicken salad at dinner.
Road to 180!

OK, my food is prepped. I plan to hit the gym at lunch time. I should be able to drop a nice amount because I've been eating so poorly over the last month or so. Hope by the end of the week I can drop about 5 lbs of water and funk.

Pretty close to hitting my goal of the 180 by the end of August. Going to the State Fair this afternoon, lots of walking and will cut the grass this evening. I will do my best to get to the gym somewhere in there. My gym time is down to about twice per week. Just can't find the time lately, I had been running to a gym that is 1.5 miles from my office, hitting the weights and then running back. Lots of visitors at work and a life safer event all equal less gym time for me.
I'm training for a half marathon Oct. 31. I'll do my best to run or hit the gym before work which will make lunch time workouts a lot easier to get in.

Wrapping up my trip to Milwaukee, proud of myself as I pre made meals for 3 days and brought with chicken rice and broccoli in containers packed in my carry on! Woo hoo, I think I might officially be on my way. Big calorie deficits this week so should show a nice drop in weight this week. Hoping to crank up my workouts this month, I've been going but think I can step it up a notch. Have a great weekend everyone.
