I DON'T SAY IT ENOUGH!
First off, I want to say thank you to all of you for your well wishes on my recovery both from my surgery and my emotional journey. There has been so much going on in my life the past 2 years ( pending divorce, health issues, family issues,ect), I just never knew when the next shoe was going to fall. I am humbled by your words of kindness and wanted to say thank you. I know as the saying goes the good LORD will not give you more than you can handle but there were many times I felt that I was really being picked on. More than my share of drama and stuff going on pushing me to the edge of a total breakdown. My self esteem hit rock bottom and wondered why am I fighting so hard?
Finally a phone call from my divorce lawyer yesterday. I think he was struck by lightning. Sees what I have been talking about for over a year and is going to do something about it. Yippie for me, finally!!!!! Don't get me wrong, I am not wishing any ill will on my soon to be ex, I just want MY half. I dont think that is too much to ask for. Well,, let's just say this poop is going to hit the fan about the middle of next week, he is not going to a happy camper and I wish I could be a fly on the wall to see the look on his face.
He lives in our home, and thinks that I still should pay half of the taxes on the house because my name it too! HEY, he lives there mortage free, I moved out and have to pay rent! Anyway, so many things I could write about in this really ugly divorce and I guess most of them are that way.
But here is good news when I left him I weighed 232, now at a nice 145, let him eat his heart out. But, of course he will not say anything, but he has to look me and that is good enough for me. Two more week before court again, hope I can drop another 5 lbs or so and that will just make it all the sweeter.

MY PUBLIC SERVICE ADVICE: Ladies, here is the short version, wash your hands after handing money! Here is why! In Jan. I had surgery for a trigger finger and the doctor put me on light duty. I work in retail and the only light duty at my job is at the register, 42 days after surgery my finger became infected and had to be debried ( surgery again and very painful). Last week, I became ill and ended up in the ER. Well, finger was infected again, this time doctor did culture on the infection and had to do surgery AGAIN! I found out yesterday what the infection was and let say with out a doubt this is the grossest thing I can think of. WARNING if you dont want to know dont read any further. IT was bacteria from diaper poop. Not even in my wildest dreams would I have thought that. My health paid a price for someone's total disrespect for others.
I know this has nothing to with dieting but I had to share this with all of you. Please be careful. I am still paying the price of this infection. Still am having headaches, still cant eat much, and still having to deal with this darn finger STILL, 5 months after the first surgery. Hope everyone has a wonderful and safe, healthy day.
