I am very pleased with my overall progress. Yesterday was the school bbq and I felt I didn't have anything to wear (classic female problem) I decided to look at the clothes I had stored away. In the time I had, I need to take my son swimming too, I found two summer trousers that were far too small last year and I now remember may have been too tight the previous year They now fit YIPPEE!
I stuck to the programme and did not take a day off for the bbq had 1 sausage and salad 1 beer in a can so people could not see that the can was empty and did not buy me another drink. this was reflected in today's result.
Will add more tummy exercise to create a smoother look all round.

Great job! I love the idea of walking around with an empty can so no one knows whether it is empty or full! Great way to control calories!
