Have to get strict with my self! Its the little nibbles here and there that is causing the problem. Mum bought a lovely fresh cream and fruit cake. I had a little tiny bit but it all counts. Had the left over rice on my son's plate. nibble of bread with my tea. Mayo in my tuna! Dressing on my salad. 2 brazil nuts covered in chocolate. Cup of tea with a biscuit at the end of the night. This all has to stop :-(
