Well I weighed first thing this am and was at 177. Let the dogs out, brushed my teeth and just because I was jazzed about losing some weight this week after being stalled last week (due to my slip ups on our motorcycle trip), I weighed again. And then I weighed 178. Guess I need better scales (the ones I have were a wedding gift...40 years ago!!) I know they are somewhat accurate because I weighed the same at my doctor's office as I do at home. But I'm gonna take the 177 for today (may be setting myself up for disappointment next week if I don't lose). Total Weight Lost: 12 pounds Total inches lost in 4 weeks on ANA: bust: 1 inch waist: 3 1/2 inches hips: 2 1/4 inches upper arms: 3/4 inch thighs: 1/2 inch 1 inch below belly button: 1 inch Now this is the TOTAL inches lost in 4 weeks, not just what I've lost this past week. I still have such a long way to go but this website is truly helping me accomplish my goal. Just wish this belly fat would go away faster but I just keep reminding myself that "slow and steady wins the race"
