So I've had a little slip. I just went through a move, and with everything that needed to get done I haven't been keeping up with adding anything on the site. I also haven't been keeping up with my challenges, and I'm quite disappointed in myself because of it.
There has also been a week that I just let my diet slip by the wayside. But now I'm back on track and I can even celebrate that I have not re-gained the 10 pounds that I had lost just before the move!
Today is the start of a new day, and I'm going to be dedicated again!
