I've been sick lately, which you think would not happen if I do not eat processed foods, or sugar, and I exercise regularly. Oh, but I have still been going to work every day, and exercising every day. Work was a rough day on Thursday, one of those get in your car and cry all the way home. My trainer is used to me being crazy happy and excited, she was like, why are you in such a bad mood! Do you want to swing some heavy sh*t? Sure, so intense hour session with kettlebells, deadlifts, and planks followed, along with my hour and a half olympic weightlifting class where I got 2-3 PRs on different lifts.
