I'm in a similar situation right now... I ate more calories and carbs this weekend then I had in 6 months and the scales showed a 5 lb loss this morning (I didnt record it because I will be reweighing int he am). Sometimes the weight can take a while to show. Try to get back on track. BUT dont be discourage if next week you have a small gain... Its happened to everyone =)
