Here I am back at 185. I feel a bit more confident about the next week though. I am starting to make some real changes. For one, I have started working out on my days off. That just started yesterday. I have a plan though and I will stick to it. I am also becoming more organized with my time. I think that just by not sitting around being bored I will be less likely to eat (boredom is my main trigger). I hope to teach my daughter that there are better things to do for entertainment than eat. As far as my goal of going a month with bringing my lunch to work, I am getting better. I only forgot one day this last week. Instead of going to one of the many fast food choices that I had, I went to Albertson's an got some things to eat and drink. I was proud of myself. I will keep working on it until I can make it a whole month.
