I am .2 from my 10 pound goal set 5 weeks ago. This is suppose to be my whole turning point. I can’t wait to see that 10 in my past
*i am going to put $5 in a jar for every pound I loose and do something special when I reach goal

That's a terrific idea!!! I personally feel slow and steady is the best. I know its tedious at times when you'd just like to be there now! But doing it slowly helps train you for future success and sustainability!!! You're doing so great!!!!

Thank you everyone. Let s do it.@les. No Paybacks. You will have to pay double to loose yo yo pounds. Haha We might need to add a penelty for you “friend” for cheats. Haha. But we have to forgive cheats since the objective is to have a visual of success. Bearnoggin you are right about slow but this 10# mini goal is kicking my butt. 0 , -.2 the scale is taunting me.
