First increase of the weight....but a 0.1 change up is NOTHING considering I cna easily gain 0.6 with water alone in a day....and water is ZERO calories. The Osmania biscuit I took yesterday may have been the cause but it tasted GREAT! and Happy Eating is one of the guidelines of this diet.....FatSecret's lose/gain weight per week numbers are based only one 1 day of info so It will prolly say i am now gaining weight by 0.1/week.....but if i take the numbers over the past 4 days, I am actually losing by 0.8 / week which is steady and healthy without even starving myself or doing much exercise! At that i will reach my goal be done in less than 2 weeks...
