Longest and hardest workout at the gym today since I started back. I felt strong and thin enough to try on my fluffy, white tape measure... My 28 year old wedding dress. It zipped. Hahha breathing is optional. 😁 A couple more pounds down and I'll try to get photographic proof! It is good to be feeling better!

Thank you so much, guys! It feels so good to be moving back the right direction after months of struggle. Life is still busy and stressful and many things are out of my control. I am thankful to feel more in control of my diet and exercise.

My wedding dress is 41 yrs old this past month. I tried it on in April. IT Fit.!!! Could breath....but I think I need a face lift before I do that again. Scary. Acceptance is key .😩😂🤣🤣🤣🤣

Thanks so much, folks!! I was feeling pretty hungry today after working so hard, so... Weight might shift higher, but... General trend is better, so I'm happy! 😁 Judi, that is so great! If I can zip mine in another 12 years I will feel almost as much of the champ you are. Well... Actually, I can never begin to claim your victories! You are amazing!

Lambie, I would love for you to be able to use your tape measure! Haha! It was part of my first bio write up here. My goal was wedding weight and to be able to fit into that silly, bows and puffy sleeved, early 90s dress. I made it and then last year for our anniversary I was able to wear it for a little photo shoot. I didn't try it on this year... I was sure it would not fit. Three weeks late it zipped. 😁
