Feeling better today, I think going to bed at 8:45 will do that for you. Still not 100% but so much better than yesterday. I am trying to gear up for the insanity of Halloween that will be in my classroom tomorrow. Parent's are already bringing in treats. Looking at them and knowing how long I would have to workout to burn them off is helping keep the temptations away. May we all make it through tomorrow with flying colors!
