i've been to the doctors today and was told im to fat to get the right contreception pill so i've just got to stay on one that gives me realy bad side effects. i need to do this now, i was so ashamed of how much id let myself go i almost burst into tears in the doctors office. to get my pill changed i need to get my bmi below 35 so if i lose 20 pounds as my first goal that will be enough for that. im thinking a quick fix for the first 20 then gradually build it up to something a bit more normal.
