Up a little today, but that's okay. We all have small fluctuations like this, so I hope you are feeling relaxed about it. It looks as though you ate according to plan, that's the main thing. Keep steady and be patient! Hope you are feeling a bit better generally today. Make sure you get enough relaxation and sleep in, a bit of me-time. It makes such a difference. I'm normally pretty clear-headed, but had an 'interesting' experince a few years ago when I was stressed for a time and not getting enough sleep. I got very emotional, and verging on psychotic.
