Don't get discouraged. It doesn't mean you're a bad person or a failure - it just means you have to re-think your strategy. Try setting smaller goals each day - with stuff you know you can do - and then gradually increase your goals.
I know one thing that helps me is having a work out buddy - we motivate each other to work out and we never miss a day. Does anyone at your work work out a lot or want to start working out?
