I took a week off everything and went to visit My mom in Eastern Cape..and eating wasn't good at all. but I feel better and back on track.
what really bothered me is that My cousin and My sister, who both are the same height as me and same waist size...we're all don't weigh the same at all, how is that possible? I mean, we are all size 14 and I weigh 87 kg, my sister 113 kg and my cousin weighs 70 kg.
can somebody please explain this?

Somebody at 100 +kg, can't wear a size 14,that should rather be a size 24.🤔🤔😜😙

at 105kg I wore a 16. I have very very dense muscle and fat storage on my legs. breast size also contributes, bone mass (see width of ankles/hip bones) etc

I think it’s definitely a case of bone density- I am 112kg and I wear a size 14/16 (so yes Barker, it is possible 😜). I’m tall for a woman (1.87m), and when I weighed 78kg I was a size 8. The actual math of it boggles my brain right now because I’m tired Hahaha, but it is interesting to see how different body shapes and types can be the same, or how similar body shapes and types can be completely different! Some of my friends who weigh like 55kg aren’t even a size 8, yet I was at 78kg. It’s crazy 😆

do you guys have the same body type its possible that the body fat is distributed differently according to your body type. Unless of cause you measured yourselves everywhere and still the same now that would be interesting. I have a small waist than my friends yet the weigh far less that I do.

It's very tricky. When I weighes 107 I was size 18 going to 20. Now I'm 84 and comfortable in a size 14 so is my sister who weighes 70.
