This was a BAD weekend - and by bad, I mean - not many fruits or veggies going on! I guess it's good I weigh in on Fridays, because I'm sure I ate too many of the wrong things this weekend.
Oh well, I'm back on track today and hope to exercise after work. That will get me pumped and thinking healthy for the rest of the week!

I am pleased with my weekly results! I still lost a 1/2 lb and I didn't get to exercise very much this week. Between the hubby having some evening meetings and me stopping to shop last night, exercise just hasn't fit in. The weather didn't help either - I would have just walked at lunch, but with the cold rain we've been having it just wasn't going to work.
I should be able to work out today and hopefully take the baby for some walks this weekend.

We went to the spaghetti dinner last night at the Shrine. It's tough to portion when someone is serving you! Luckily the hubby was in line with me - when the woman gave me a huge serving (like 3 cups of pasta), I gladly passed to my hubby and I got a smaller portion. It's tough, since I've been so careful about my food choices.
I did have two big pieces of italian bread - my weakness - covered in margarine. But I kind of treated it as my spike day - I knew I'd be over the calories, so what was another 50 or 100 in the grand scheme of things.
I did completely avoid the dessert table since I really had no interest. I do like homemade stuff, but figured since we were seated the farthest from the table, so it made it easier to avoid. Plus, having a 4 month old little man on my lap who wanted his bottle helped too - trying to eat now that he watches everything is very difficult. What's the point of dessert if you can't enjoy it!

YEAH!!! I held off for a whole week to weigh in. I was weighing in every day, but decided to try waiting a week. I'm glad I did! I'm down one pound for the week.
Since I've been recording my meals and exercising more since 10/14/11, that's 5 lbs!
Only 4 lbs to go to be back to pre-pregnancy weight!

I think I'm going to start weighing myself weekly. I have been doing it every few days, but I'm finding that I fluctuate too much. I gained an lb when we were away last weekend, but by the end of this week, I lost it plus a 1/2 lb!
We took a great walk yesterday - me pushing the baby stroller, hubby walking 2 of our dogs. We walked 1.4 miles - and I felt great! I'm hoping for a few more weeks of good temps so we can keep walking!
