I was able to do 100 burpees yesterday. I took me until 8;30 to finish and this morning my lower back is tweaked. I must be getting old. I think I'll call my 100 per day challenge a fail…They do get my heart pumping like crazy. I just did as many as I could in a minute throughout the day until I got to 100.
I also lifted weights and ran on the treadmill at 7mph for 3 miles. Overall a great workout day yesterday. I ate good and am continuing to keep things in line. I still have a little way to go to get to where I want to be but have plenty of time.
I'm really happy that I feel I'm building good habits with both eating and exercise. I feel like I broke out of the "ugh, I have to go workout" phase, now its a part of my week and when I miss I feel out of sorts.

My official weigh in came in higher than I expected. Probably from the popcorn I ate last night, maybe the extra salt kept a little extra water weight on me? I'll just keep at it and I'm sure things will balance themselves out.
I was thinking about these Burpees that everyone is talking about…I wonder what would happen if I added 100 Burpees per day to my regular routine? I'm going to try it, this week, I'll do 100 Burpees daily along with my normal workouts and running.
This Thursday is my first daughters 4th Birthday. Makes me smile : )

I've been feeling a little tired the last couple of days, probably from the low calories I ate Thursday and Friday. I need to adjust my plan to 2000 calories on non workout days and 2500 on workout days. I ate just over 2500 yesterday so hopefully the energy comes back today. I went to the gym for some weight training yesterday and I went on a 5 mile jog OUTSIDE, it really felt good to get out in the fresh air. Unofficial weigh ins are showing about a 2lb loss for this week, we will see tomorrow if it's official.
Today I'm headed to baseball camp with my nephew and hope to hit up the gym for some weight training later. The weather guy is calling for almost 50 degree temps, so hopefully we can go on a long family walk this afternoon.

Happy Saturday everyone! My calories are a little low this week, I keep getting busier and busier during my eating window which is spreading out my meals. Yesterday I wasn't able to go to the gym at lunch time but went at 6PM. I had a really good workout. I did my circuit weight training and ran 3 miles on the treadmill.
I'm going to be pretty busy tomorrow so today I plan to do more circuit training and my long run. Everything is lining up nicely and I plan to keep plugging along. The scale has been friendly this week.
