Day one travel was a mini success… Had to get up a 4am (yuck) had a protein bar before heading to the airport. I Made two meals at home last night before I left and carried them on the plane for lunch meals today. Tonight I ordered a 5 oz. steak with cooked carrots for dinner. I also asked them to make me two 5 oz. chicken breasts and vegatables for tomorrows lunch meals. They don't have Brown rice so I had them send up some fruit. So overall I'm pretty happy with how things are working out. I'll have an egg white omlete with lots of veges tomorrow morning plus the two meals they made for me tonight then just have to worry about dinner… Piece of cake. (I plan to take lots of fruit for snacks too). I did workout but no treadmill was available and I didn't feel like waiting around so just 30 minutes of weights.

Found out today that I have to travel again next week so hope I can find a rhythm with health eating/working out while on the road, these things usually come in bunches.

Hey there…. It's been a long time since I've seen you my friend, good to see you 180's. How about you sit, we catch up and you stick around for a while?

Had a good weekend, Had a killer workout Saturday with weight training and a long cario workout. I followed that up with eating more sushi than one human should be able to eat at one sitting. Sunday was my fast day, I added some BCAA 3 times to the day and worked out in a fasted state. I'm not sure if it was the BCAA or being in a fasted state but I had my best pump yet.

This is goiing to be my challenging week as I have to travel for work, I'll be gone Tuesay through Thursday. My plan is to move my Fast day this week to Thursday which should make prep easier. Friday is my birthday so I will move my cheat day from Saturday to Friday this week. All this will most likey play with my scale weight but I'm not to worried about it. Things will get right back on track the following week.
