I got the nike+ for my ipod. I love it! It keeps track of how far I run/walk my pace and then uploads it to the nike website and keeps track of my stats. I think I might be addicted. I am thinking that my dog might really benefit from this nice new toy too. :) Today I took him for a mile walk (with my ipod on to keep track of my miles) before I went tutoring. Then I headed to the gym after tutoring and ran intervals on the treadmill. I am going to see how much I can do this month. And maybe I will try and up it for the month of June from whatever it is this month.

Swimsuit season is coming!! Last year I didn't go to the pool as much as I would like b/c of the damn swimsuit. Not sure if I am ready for it this year either. This weekend I think I might bite the bullet and attempt to find a new suit (which I haven't done in the last 2 or 3 years). Do guys have the same hatred of swimsuits? Sometimes I think it would be much easier to be a guy than a girl. Well I am going to try and up my cardio and see what kind of resurts I can see. I have stopped drinking soda at work (big step for me). I need to make sure I keep up my water intake too. Hopefully some small changes will yield some nice resurts for summer fun. :)

Did a bunch of yard work and gardening yesterday...boy am I paying for it today! Who knew that gardening was so hard on the body. I still have half of my beds to do, but what I have done so far is looking good. Layed down some sod yesterday. I was amazed at how heavy some grass can be. Crazy. HOpefully it will take and I will have some grass in my yard. If I don't end up killing it, I will get a couple more pieces and I might actually have grass instead of moss/clay in my backyard this summer. :) I still have a bunch of plants to get, but they are juststarting to put out the plants so I have time. I did pick up a couple of plants for the beds. I am going to try and group the flowers this year. I have been in my townhouse for over 6 years and have yet to find what works in my garden. Sometimes I get close, but have yet to be completely satisfied.
Wanted to run today, but my arms and legs hurt from all the bending and lifting yesterday, so I may just end up walking instead. We will see. WEll I am off to get a few groceries. I have nothing to eat for breakfast tomorrow so I have to get something. :) Hope everyone has a wonderful day!

Work and soda, my downfall...I have not had one soda at work all week long! I have wanted one a few times really bad, but I didn't give in. :) I will try again next week and hopefully I will kick the habit (that really is what it amounts to) for good! :)
