WEll I ran again yesterday...the first time since my 10 miler. :) Felt good and didn't run far. I wanted to do the Army ten miler in Oct. but unfortunately it sold out, so we are going to see if we can sign up for a transfer number. That should make sure that I keep up the running in the summer. :)
Today was the first day back at school with the kids. I had no soda today at work. Yeah!!! So hopefully I can keep that up. I feel like that will help me lose some weight.

Yep my legs are hurting today. But on the bright side, they don't hurt nearly as bad as I thought they would. I look a bit funny when I have to step up or down curbs..steps...etc. but that is ok. I am debating on wether to go the gym tonight or not. I think a short bout on the bike my help to loosen my legs up a bit. Well if I don't make it tonight, I will definately go tomorrow.

I ran my 10 miler today. I finished!!! 2 hrs 15 mins. I would have liked to have a 2 hr finish but oh well. I wanted to give up at mile 5 but i kept on going. I walked most of the end half but I didn't give up so I am happy. My legs are going to be killing me tomorrow though. Yeah I did it! My friend and I are going to sign up for th Army 10miler in Oct. so that we keep running. We are going to go and shop right now so we are not falling alseep before it hits 5pm. Hope everyone has a great day. :)

ugh...went running this morning expecting to run 6 miles...I barely made 3. My legs felt like lead this morning. I think it is because I didn't eat the best yesterday. i had no supper (ok I had a hard boiled egg..but really is that dinner? I don't think so) So I think I paid the price this morning. I have 2 more weeks until my 10 miler and I am starting to think I may die before I cross the finish line. I am going to make a good lunch in a few minutes and then hopefully I will run the rest of the 3 miles this afternoon. I am starting to hate running! :) Well I am off to make a yummy lunch and then cross your fingers that I put the running shoes back on. I am almost convinced that it might be better to complete my run tomorrow and then just walk some this afternoon. If anyone knows how to add some weeks to the calendar I would like a few extra weeks in March so I can feel better about my run in April. :)
