Right now it is 17 degrees ABOVE zero and everyone is rejoicing after the 29 degrees BELOW zero this past week. Feels like a tropical heatwave!
The Idiot Box is down a bit - I am trying to log my weight at least weekly on Fridays. I have had less appetite lately - today I will do another dinner to dinner fast. Just my bulletproof coffee and some green tea until then. Not sure what is up, but I don't eat if I am not hungry! (I just realized I took pseudoephedrine today for congestion - that may be the lack of appetite!)
Goal Calories: 1150/1175 or less, and carbs under 25 total grams most days though I am still losing when under 50 total grams!
Macros: 55-65%/30-40%/5-10%

You must live in the same geographical area that I do. We were at 29 below on Wednesday, but today up to 55 degrees. The first of the week we will be on the down side of temps for a week... but not as drastic as last week!! Enjoy the warm up!! I am today... have the windows open and wearing shorts and a t-shirt!!
